We all know about the benefits of omega-3….and some of us get it from omega-3 infused foods, others from oils and supplements. I wouldn’t say they are awful to take, or difficult to swallow (although I don’t enjoy the liquid form of fish oils…yuck!), but there has to be an easier more tasty way!!!
