To Believe or not to Believe that is the Question….

There are so many studies popping up recently claiming that Omega-3 isn’t effective in reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and other ailments it has been proven to help. How can this be true? How can the multitude of studies be completely false? I then stumbled onto this article and found it very helpful….and logical!
